By creating an account or placing a bet on dkwi, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to everything set out in this document.
Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and dkwi ("we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the dkwi website at dkwi.org, including all games, betting services, promotional offers, payment facilities, and any other features made available through the Platform.
By registering an account on dkwi, logging into an existing account, or otherwise using any part of the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately stop using the Platform and close your account.

1. Eligibility
Access to and use of dkwi is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following criteria. dkwi reserves the right to request verification documents at any time and to suspend or close accounts where eligibility requirements are not satisfied.
- You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a strict minimum with no exceptions.
- You must be accessing the Platform from a location where online gambling is not prohibited under applicable local law.
- You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by dkwi or any affiliated operator.
- You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent of or on behalf of any third party.
dkwi may at its sole discretion decline to open an account for any applicant without being required to state a reason. Misrepresentation of age or identity constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held.
2. Account Registration and Security
To use dkwi's real-money services you must register a personal account by providing a valid mobile phone number and choosing a secure password. You warrant that all information provided at registration is accurate, current, and complete, and you agree to update your account details promptly whenever any of your information changes.
- Each individual may hold only one account. Operating multiple accounts — whether in your own name or under different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in all accounts being permanently closed.
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person under any circumstances.
- dkwi will never ask for your password through any channel, including live chat or email. Any communication claiming to be from dkwi and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to support immediately.
- dkwi reserves the right to conduct KYC checks at any stage of the account lifecycle. You agree to provide requested documentation — including a government-issued photo ID and proof of address — within the timeframe specified by dkwi.
dkwi reserves the right to suspend account access pending KYC completion and to withhold withdrawals until identity verification is satisfactorily completed. These measures protect both players and the integrity of the Platform.
3. Deposits and Withdrawals
All financial transactions on dkwi are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). dkwi supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and selected bank transfers including Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank.
Deposits
- The minimum deposit is ৳500 per transaction unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.
- Deposits are credited to your dkwi balance in real time upon confirmation of the mobile money transfer.
- All funds deposited must come from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be returned minus any transaction costs incurred.
Withdrawals
- Withdrawal requests are processed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Standard processing time for mobile money withdrawals is typically under 5 minutes once approved.
- Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the relevant deposit, to comply with anti-money laundering requirements.
- dkwi reserves the right to carry out additional verification before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or accounts that have not previously completed KYC.
dkwi does not charge players a fee for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile banking provider or bank may apply their own standard transaction fees, which are outside dkwi's control. Players are responsible for any such fees charged by their own payment service provider.
4. Bonuses and Promotions
dkwi offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated at the time the bonus is offered.
- All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before any withdrawal can be made. The applicable rollover multiplier will be stated clearly at the time the bonus is offered.
- Bonuses are personal to the account holder and may not be transferred to another account or redeemed for cash without meeting the applicable wagering requirements.
- dkwi reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus offer at any time without prior notice if there is evidence of abuse, collusion, or technical exploitation by the player.
- Free spins issued as part of a promotion will expire within the period specified at the time of issue. Winnings from free spins are credited as bonus funds and are subject to the stated wagering requirements.
5. Prohibited Conduct
The following actions are strictly prohibited on dkwi. Any player found engaging in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended or permanently closed, winnings generated through prohibited conduct will be voided, and dkwi reserves the right to recover any funds already withdrawn.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or AI tools to place bets or interact with the Platform in any way that provides an unfair advantage.
- Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus structures in a way not intended by dkwi.
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of the registration, verification, or payment process.
- Using the Platform for any purpose connected with money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal activity.
- Attempting to access, interfere with, or damage any part of the Platform's software, servers, or infrastructure through hacking, denial-of-service attacks, or injection of malicious code.
dkwi employs automated monitoring systems to detect unusual betting patterns, account activity, and payment anomalies. Where prohibited conduct is suspected, accounts may be frozen immediately pending investigation. Players may appeal any decision by contacting support at [email protected].
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the dkwi platform — including but not limited to website design, graphics, logos, text, game interfaces, software, and data compilations — is the property of dkwi or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only, in accordance with these Terms.
You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform's content without the prior written consent of dkwi. Unauthorised use of Platform content may constitute an infringement of intellectual property rights and may expose you to civil or criminal liability.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, dkwi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if dkwi has been advised of the possibility of such damages. dkwi's total aggregate liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
dkwi makes no warranty that the Platform will be available without interruption or that it will be free from errors, viruses, or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind.
8. Responsible Gaming
dkwi is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its entire player base. All registered players have access to deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion tools. These tools are available in your account settings at any time and take effect immediately upon activation.
dkwi strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement and will immediately suspend any account where there is reasonable suspicion that the account holder is underage. 9. Amendments and Termination
dkwi reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, dkwi will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to players via the Platform or by email. Your continued use of the Platform following notification of any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any amendment, you must close your account prior to the amendment taking effect.
dkwi may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you breach these Terms, if required to do so by law or regulation, or if we determine that continued operation of your account poses a risk to the Platform or other players. Upon termination, any genuine real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
10. Governing Law and Contact
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to online gaming operations. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through dkwi's internal complaints procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitration body with jurisdiction over dkwi's operations.
